The combo features Penn innovative Fathom 50 all-in-one electric reel with an inbuilt battery pack that can be interchanged. No more cords or big batteries taking to space on the boat. To get you out on the water ASAP the team will spool the reel with quality 50lb mono line using our state-of-the-art line spooling machine.

Moving onto the rod, the Penn Ocean Assassin II has been purpose built to handle hard fighting fish. Built with Fuji and Pac Bay components and featuring Penn’s SLC blank construction makes these rods both sensitive and tough.

From deep dropping reefs in the tropics for ruby snapper to dropping baits off sydney for tasty hapuka, the Penn Ocean Combo 50 will get the job done.
