Nautilus GT Series Fly Reels

The Giga large arbor spool design promotes strength, maximum line pickup, and fast line drying. The GT brake system is a scaled down version of the awesome GTX drag that has been taming monsters for over 5-years now. The drag system has been dialed in for optimum performance for each reel size and potential quarry. This multi-layer drag system includes aluminum, cork and carbon fiber discs and spreads the pressure more evenly across the surface, insulating any heat generated by friction and dampening vibrations for the smoothest perceived drag on the market. The GTS series comes in 4″ diameters covering 5-8 wts , the GTR series is built around a 4.5″ frame covering 8-11 wt lines, and the GTX sports a 5″ frame for 11-13 wts. The 4″ GTS frame will accept the 5/6 and 7/8 spools and the 4.5″ GTR will accept the 8/9 and 10/11 spools. Available in Black or Clear/Silver anodized. Lifetime warranty. Made in USA.
