Mustad Slow Pitch Jig Assist Hook

Hook sizes are 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0, all of which are chemically sharpened and super strong. There’s no doubt the J-Assist 3 will be spot on for jigging big snapper, as well as nannygai, smaller kings, samson fish, amberjack and all manner of pelagic species up north. They may even work on stickbaits as an alternative to in-line single or treble hooks, and should also be considered for metal casting lures on salmon and tailor.

The hooks (10816NPDT) are tied securely, back-to-back, on Kevlar chord and attached to a solid stainless ring. The rigs are fitted with luminous beads on the hook shanks to increase visibility of the slow pitch jig in deeper water.
