Malosi Crusader Floating Minnow Lure

This large floating minnow is a sub-surface specialist, heavy duty and extremely easy to use, perfect for targeting large fish close to the surface or when top water conditions arent ideal. With a sweep of the rod it produces a pronounced thudding action and an impressive rolling side to side flash upon slow straight retrieve; the bibbed nose will hold the lure just under the surface as it swims seductively. This lure is crafted from solid Paulownia encapsulated in a hard resin shell, with 2mm stainless steel through wire and multiple layers of tough protective coating for the ultimate durability.

Swim Action

With a sweep of the rod, the Crusader lure produces a pronounced thudding action and an impressive rolling side-to-side flash during a slow, straight retrieve. The short bibbed nose keeps the lure in the water, allowing it to swim seductively just below the surface.

Rigging Options

The Crusader excels when rigged with a treble hook on the belly and a single hook on the back, enhancing the lures action and allowing it to swim with a wider, more aggressive wobble. While double treble hooks add a little more weight, slightly dampening the base action, they offer more hook points for securing fish and still maintain a seductive swim pattern.
